All of our prices include weekday delivery – if you place your order before 4pm, we can deliver as early as the next working day.

Premium Delivery services such as, Northern Ireland, AM before noon, Saturday & Sunday are all available at the checkout for an extra charge.

(Q) Where do you Deliver Wine?

We deliver wine right across the UK and Northern Ireland together with most of Europe.


(Q) How quickly can you deliver wine?

We offer Next day wine delivery on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 4pm (GMT). Orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be delivered on Monday (unless you select a premium weekend service) Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on the Tuesday.


(Q) Can you deliver wine on a Saturday?

Yes, we can deliver wine on Saturday's if your order is placed before 4pm on the Friday before. Saturday delivery is not Free of Charge, it costs £9.95 and can be selected from the delivery options before clicking the order online button. Some Depots in Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland do not offer a Saturday service so this service does depend on the delivery postcode


(Q) Can you deliver on a wine Sunday?

Yes, we can deliver wine on Sunday's if your order is placed before 4pm on the Friday before. Sunday delivery is not Free of Charge, it costs £10.50 and can be selected from the delivery options before clicking the order online button. Some Depots in Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland do not offer a Sunday service.


(Q) Between which times do you deliver wine?

Our Couriers aim to deliver between 8.30am and 5.30pm to business addresses and between 8.30am and 6.30pm to residential addresses, we cannot specify an actual time as the driver’s routes change daily. We can offer a Guaranteed before noon service if your gift is urgent, it costs £9.99 and can be selected from the delivery options drop down box before clicking the order online button.


(Q) What happens if the recipient is out?

Should the recipient be out when our courier attempts delivery, there are a couple of options. If you have not de-selected ‘leave with neighbour’ at point of ordering then the driver will try to deliver to a neighbour and post a card through the letterbox advising the recipient which neighbour they have left the parcel with.

If the parcel is unable to be left with a neighbour due to no-one being around or you chose for us not to try them, then the driver will post a card through the letter box informing them of the missed delivery. We will then try again the following day or alternatively the recipient can call the number on the card to make individual arrangements.

If delivery is missed again, then the gift will be delivered to a local ‘Drop-off’ place which is usually a local store and can then be collected from there.

Re-delivery to the origonal address during normal hours 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Any Parcels not delivered or collected within five days will automatically be returned to ourselves, at which point we can try to send out again although a further delivery charge may well be applied.


(Q) Can the parcel be left safe ie. in the porch?

Yes, although we do need your written confirmation for this. Simply complete your order online and then email [email protected] with your order number and the place of where you would like the driver to leave your order. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any loss after the gift has been left.


(Q) Can I Track my Wine Order?

You are able to track your wine order from the moment it leaves our distribution centre on the eve of the delivery date. Orders are scanned onto vans and this is the point from which our tracker page works. Please enter your order id number, this will be a 7 digit number.

(Q) My order is showing goods out for delivery?

Our Courier will update their tracking system from, 'Goods weighed at depot' to 'goods out for delivery' once the parcel has been scanned by the driver who will be delivering your order. On the morning of the delivery you will receive an email giving you a 1-hour time slot of when you can expect your gift to be delivered. Once your order has been delivered, the time of delivery, signature and name will be entered onto the system and you will again receive an email confirming these details. We track all orders throughout our day to prevent any delay in parcels being delivered. If we are informed of any problems or possible delays then we will contact you at the earliest possible stage, orders being delivered on Fridays and Saturdays will be updated on the following Monday.


Q) Can I get a wine delivery to a work address?

Yes, we can deliver wine to a work address for you. Please be aware that at larger offices our courier may well deliver to a central point such as reception or at much larger places of work, maybe a parcel room / goods inwards. It will then follow that company’s rules to reach the recipient themselves.


Q) Can I get a wine delivery on a specific date?

Yes, you can select a specific date from our calendar at the point of ordering. You can scroll on from month to month to choose a date up to 6 months in advance


Q) Would you deliver wine to a hotel?

Yes, we can deliver wine to hotels. Please simply put (Guest) after the recipients name and your gift will get left with reception or the Concierge.


Q) Do you deliver wine Internationally?

Yes, we deliver wine across Europe but there are additional charges for this service. Nearby countries take 2 working days but parts of Eastern Europe can take 4-5 working days. Costs vary from £20-£45 for this. We can also deliver further afield and will use one of our preferred partners in corresponding countries so the gift may vary slightly.


Q) Can you deliver multiple wine gifts to the same address?

Yes, we can deliver multiple wine gifts to the same address for you. Depending upon the quantity we will aim to send them all on one consignment number to ensure they arrive together. If you have ordered these individually online then your tracking will show ‘Order Combined’ apart from one which will be the tracking for the whole lot.
